Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Crispy, crunchy and tender is the definition of this recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 ½ sticks Salted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Halve and pound each breast to about a ½ thickness
  • Beat a large egg with warm water until fully mixes
  • Add the minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to the mixture and whisk
  • Place the Parmesan cheese in additional large bowl. Make sure that each chicken piece is wrapped in an egg mixture. Allow a free trickle of the excess egg
  • Put the Parmesan in it. With more Parmesan, scatter on top.
  • Press on the other side gently and then repeat and turn it. Shake off all access. Repeat with chicken leftovers.
  • In a large skillet, set a butter and oil over high heat.
  • Place the chicken and then move after three minutes when sides turn brown.
  • Push with a spatula softly, then turn over and do not move it again until it is brown.
  • Then push it softly to the dish with a spatula.

Notes

It is delicious the day you make it but it is also good reheated. This is definitely a keeper! Mangia.....
