Instructions
Greece an 8” Square baking dish with butter.
Line with parchment paper so the ends extend over the edges of the dish

In a large sauce pan, bring sugar, butter, heavy cream and salt to a boil stir frequently
Allowed to boil five minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add powdered sugar 1/4 at a time
Stir into mixture before adding more

Toss chopped cherry with 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and stir into the mixture until fully distributed
Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerator 1 Hr.
Notes
Cut into 36 squares and serve. Keep refrigerated.
