Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Butter (Grease baking dish/ parchment paper)
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup Butter (1Stick)
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream
  • tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Red candied cherries (Finely Chopped)
  • ¼ cup Green candid cherries (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Greece an 8” Square baking dish with butter.
  • Line with parchment paper so the ends extend over the edges of the dish
  • Grease parchment paper with butter
  • In a large sauce pan, bring sugar, butter, heavy cream and salt to a boil stir frequently
  • Allowed to boil five minutes stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add powdered sugar 1/4 at a time
  • Stir into mixture before adding more

  • Add vanilla and stir to fully combine

  • Toss chopped cherry with 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and stir into the mixture until fully distributed
  • Spoon mixture into the prepared baking dish and refrigerator 1 Hr.

Notes

Cut into 36 squares and serve. Keep refrigerated.
