Hibiscus Iced Tea

Lovely warm weather sipping drink for the whole family.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Hibiscus flowers Dried
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar or honey to sweeten
  • Ice for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place water in large pot for boiling
  • Bring to a boil
  • Add hibiscus flowers (In diffuser)
  • Let stand for five minutes
  • Put in serving Pitcher
  • Served in chilled glasses over ice

NOTES: Options
You can also add fresh berries you can also add fresh berries(mix of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry)
Mint leaves for garnish (for some this means right out of the garden, for me I don’t have that planted)
Honey-if using this as your sweetener use 1/4 cup of honey
