Lavender Syrup:¼ c dried lavender½ c sugar½ c water (plus 3 tablespoons water)INSTRUCTIONS: (to make Lavender Syrup)Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of lavender to a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Simmer for about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to stay for 20 minutes. Strain out flowers and discard.In a clean pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 tbsp. of water. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in lavender syrup. Whisk until fully combined, remove from heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a storage container and keep in the fridge.INSTRUCTIONS: (to make Lavender Latte)Place milk in a microwave safe jar and heat for about 30 seconds until warm.Tightly screw lid onto jar and shake for 30 seconds, until milk is foamy. Place 2 tbsp. of lavender syrup in a mugPour hot, strong coffee over syrupTop with foamy milkGarnish with dried lavender, if desired
