Roasted White Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch white asparagus
  • tsp herb de provence
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Trim (1 -1/2” ) off of the bottom of each asparagus stock
  • Lay flat on a cutting board and peel
  • Transfer to a casserole dish and brushed with olive oil
  • Sprinkle herb de provence, salt and black pepper over asparagus
  • Roast in preheated oven until lightly browned. About 20 minutes.
