White Irishmen

This is similar to a White Russian - I invented this when I didn't have any vodka on hand. Since I enjoy Irish whiskey (especially the rarer kinds), I decided that it might not be a bad substitute for the vodka, and tried it out. I loved it! The flavour has some distinctive notes that are imparted by the whiskey, while still maintaining the feel and look, and the coffee taste, of a White Russian.
