It’s Summertime! Alfresco Recipes

Beautiful weather is upon us….. take advantage of it by dining alfresco, enjoying food and drinks under the sun or sky just can’t be beat.  Adding family and friends is just the icing on the cake.    

Getting ready for your gathering can be both beautiful and simplistic; white dishes and napkins, everyday glasses.  Oh and definitely some fresh flowers from the garden and candlelight, and voila–the tablescape comes together quickly and will look lovely. Best part is it easy peasy dining. 

I will be sharing with you simple alfresco recipes (from your beverage to dessert). Giving you ideas of my favorites for the tablescape. This will be an easy and relaxing evening.  Enjoy!  

Pomegranate Lemonade

This is a delicious refreshing and simple drink that everyone enjoys. Easy to make ingredients and it’s good for you.

Note: you can add your favorite alcohol, if you choose. Using 1 shot per 8 oz. glass

Grilled Peaches Salad w/Pork Tenderloin

This is a great summer salad. Light but also giving your protein. I don’t know about you but I love eating fresh fruit and salad. What a Great combo just to mix it up a bit will be adding the Grilled Pork Tenderloin.

Yes it is a super easy to make recipe. The fresh strawberries taste so good and it’s just the perfect dessert for summer.  You can also use a graham cracker shell (already made).
